Marco`s Pizza in Loganville

Marco's pizza is better than Papa John's or dominos, it is more like mellow mushroom style. I have been at this one and another location and the flavor is pretty consistent

They have gone downhill, never enough workers, ones that are there are rude and pizza is always late even when pick up. When delivering, it is always cold. Stay away unless you want to be frustrated

Completly unsatisfied! Wish í wouldve checked out the reviews before ordering. My family and I have always enjoyed Marcos pizza from our Powder Springs location I order n wait 45mins to finally get it delivered to husband and we get one messy pizza inside the box n order was wrong. Had 2 call 2xs to get someone to tlk about the situation n a gentleman takes my call puts me on hold never said someone else was going to take care of my complain young lady answers my call now n acts like she can't hear me n drops my call í call again n another young lady picks up n apparently wasn't understanding what í wanted on my ordered til she finally she said she got it. Untrained personnel needs better customer services!

I promise you, tonight was my LAST order from this Marcos in Loganville. I’m not sure who the owners are, but the food is, like another reviewer described, “tragic”. The XL Big Cheese Pizza was just a regular sized pizza with a 50” crust, tasted like cardboard, cut into a bunch of small 1/16” slices. The steak and cheese subs had a few raw onions thrown on instead of mushrooms because I didn’t want mushrooms. Dry, shredded steak um type meat with no cheese. I thought the 6 lemon pepper wings had potential except all the lemon pepper seasoning was floating in the container in unknown type of cold liquid and there were 5 drums with 1 flat. I don’t understand why this is the hardest area to keep good clean food with great customer service. Especially the pizza establishments. They always go bankrupt and another garbage place comes along. Head 2 miles down to Fratellis, they have EXCELLENT pizza.

I will never order again from this place.. I ordered pizza from this place last night.. paid for my food and everything.. they said it was going to be 40min delivery wait.. never got my pizza.. never got a call from the store nothing.. in when I tried calling the store.. they were closed.. I’m not happy..

The pizza was perfect thick crust, and the toppings perfectly cooked. All was fresh and well cooked. Delivery was early, the food was perfect. I can not wait to try the rest of the menu. GREAT JOB employees. I look forward to ordering again.

The atmosphere was awesome! Eating some of the best tasting pizza in town, plus you get to watch your favorite sports games on the big screens! The service was top notch and fast! Highly recommend!!!

Great pizza! We were tired of getting the same old pizza that’s good but just good. We tried Marcos and it was a game changer! Definitely recommend!

Food wasn’t very good and barely warm. Kinda disappointed.

Marco's is awesome. I DON'T ALWAYS EAT PIZZA BUT WHEN I DO I EAT MARCO'S. I consider myself an expert but I always get the same thing. 45 years has taught me that I can eat junk pizza and be ok but when I want great pizza I love Marco's. Don't believe the 3 poor reviews. Two are the same house and one is illiterate. I really hate when someone can't even form a complete coherent sentence.

Don't recommend it to people who want to eat there within maybe 10 or 20 min then leave. But if you want to wait an hour or 2 go right ahead and eat here. But it takes FOREVER for them to bring you you're food, and if you order appetizers you get full off of that. When your pizza comes your already full. But I mean if you want to wait an hour there pizza's are quite good, and especially there cheesy garlic bread.

I was not happy with this order from Marcos. Had to call in and complain about the order.

Every time I come they do not have something in stock or my order is messed up. This establishment is trash . The tables and floors are filthy and the staff instead of bringing my food decided to hang out in the kitchen .takes an hour plus to get your order even on carry out

We order Marco's often and would usually give 5 stars. Tonight pizza had less toppings than usual and just didn't taste as good. We will be back and hopefully we can give 5 stars.

Purchased a gift card as a Xmas gift. Person tried to use it and said they don't accept gift cards now. He tried to use it at the same store it was purchased from 3 months later. Bait and switch tactics, borderline deceptive business practices. Then the manager took the card without giving reimbursement. Manager had horrible customer service skills and was totally incompetent. He should be ashamed of how he treated the customer. We had to go back to store to get the card so We could contact Marcos.com. We will never buy this overpriced cardboard pizza again. You lost our business! Would give this place zero stars if possible.

The crew there is so much fun and lively and the food is better than most pizza places around... Friendly and take care of their customers.

Awesome pizza, very friendly

This place turned out to be really good! Lots of toppings on the pizza, fresh and delicious! We kinda ended up there because we were stranded near by but it turned out to be really good and the young lady that served us gave us a discount for our troubles so that was nice. All in all a pretty good place. Very good pizza. Only downfall is they only have pepsu products to drink....

Food is always good and the customer service is good.

First time at Marco's. Good food, friendly staff, pleasant ambiance. Would have given 5 stars but my plastic fork melted in the hot pizza.

Strike 3. Go to Shanes instead. Sorry I do not know how to reply to a reply but when this service happen I did contact Marco's pizza's website and gave it feedback nobody called back no worries so like I said it was strike 3 I found another location so all is well with the world

Awful service. After 40 minutes of waiting, our waitress determines she never placed our order. No apology. We asked to speak to the manager and was told she wasn’t available. We left. We won’t be back. If there was a zero you would get it.

Domino's never had it, Pizza Hut played out and Papa John's blacklisted themselves...Marco's Pizza is the reigning champ! Fresh, flavorful, hot, more than just pizzas, priced right and cheesy( like my review, lol) Marco's is our family favorite! Our Loganville location has the best " family feel" dining area and the manager Sundip and his crew ALWAYS give top notch service !

OMG....this is the 1st time we ordered from Marco's Pizza....it was THE MOST delicious pizza we have ever eaten! Will never order pizza from anywhere else!!!!!

Great pizza to share with family and friends.

Ordered on line to pick because we had a long trip home. Got to the store and they messed up our pizza and charged us more because of their computer error. Did nothing to make it better. Will not come back here. Awful customer service.

I love Marco's pizza, but this location definitely leaves something to be desired. We waited 2 hours for our food to be delivered and the staff didn't seem very apologetic. The only thing consistent is the inconsistency of the food and service. Today was a total miss.

Food is good. Service is pretty good. Sometimes they are too busy for the amount of staff working. Overall a good local pizza joint.

Marcos is more authentic Italian pizza. Not like other fast pizza restaurants. The pizza is very good and not too expensive. They have hot subs and salads as well. I love their cheese bread.

So disappointed. I love the pizza but the store and the customer service are horrible. We have ordered from here at least once every 2 weeks and EVERY TIME THEY GET OUR ADDRESS WRONG. This time we explained the location and even had the manager call back to confirm our location. The driver then called and was at the wrong house in the wrong subdivision on the wrong side of Loganville. After this happening numerous times, we called the store to see what they were going to do. The manager would do NOTHING to make this right. She merely stated she could redo the order. I AM BEYOND DISAPPOINTED at the lack of customer service. They have lost our business and we will make sure to let others know as well.

Fantastic food, helpful staff, constantly fantastic atmosphere. They charge fair rates and the food quality is excellent. 5 stars.
